內雙溪自然中心環境教育推廣計畫

走過苗圃時代的環境教育設施場所

位於臺北市士林區的內雙溪自然中心，地處雙溪中上游集水區，前身為「溪山苗圃」，維持良好的森林與溪流景觀，具有豐富的動植物生態資源以及完善的園圃設施，於民國102年獲得認證，成為臺北市首座結合森林與流域類型的環境教育設施場所。

 

以多元觸角帶領民眾走入淺山

本團隊以內雙溪自然中心的自然資源為基底，辦理環境教育推廣活動，提供以森林、溪流、生態觀察及食農教育為主軸的課程方案，並根據不同對象如親子、國小師生、青少年社團及組織機構等，設計學校教育、主題活動、團體預約課程及特別企劃大型活動等不同方案。

 

為觸及不同的民眾，本團隊以園區環境、園區特色物種及無痕山林守則作為主題，規畫自導式解說系統。此外，管理內雙溪自然中心部落格，作為大眾認識與報名活動的窗口，並配合機關撰寫新聞稿及臉書粉絲專頁貼文，多方行銷。

 

本團隊藉由各種引領大眾親身體驗、觀察探索內雙溪環境的課程，認識臺北市的淺山環境，並反思都市發展與環境保護之間的關係，進而培養友善環境的生活方式。（臺北市政府工務局大地工程處整合內雙溪自然中心、內溝溪生態展示館、貴子坑水土保持教學園區，委託本團隊執行坡地場域環境教育推廣計畫，此為計劃中之一部分。）

This project brought people closer to the forest, river basin, and the slope landform at the Neishuangxi Nature Center. The import concepts of the Neishuangxi Nature Center, Food and Agriculture, and Leave No Trace was recognized through the environmental education course.

Walk through the nursery era of the environmental education facility and field

The Neishuangxi Nature Center, located in the upper and middle stream of Shuangxi catchment area in Shilin District of Taipei City, was formerly known as “Xishan Nursery”. The Neishuangxi Nature Center is rich in ecological resources, such as animal and plant, and maintains forest and stream landscapes in good conditions with complete facilities. In 2013, the Neishuangxi Nature Center was certified to be the first environmental education facility and field that combined forest and watershed landforms in Taipei.

Leading people into low-altitude mountain with multiple directions

Based on natural resources of the Neishuangxi Nature Center, our team held environmental education promotional activities with themes on forests, streams, ecological observation and the Food and Agriculture education. Moreover, we designed different programs such as in-school education, themed activities, group appointment courses, and special events for various groups such as parents and

children, elementary school teachers and students, and youth associations and organizations.

In order to reach different audiences, our team launched a self-guided interpretation system based on the themes of the Nature Center’s environment, featured species, and the regulation of Leave No Trace. In addition, the Neishuangxi Nature Center blog was managed as a platform for introducing and registration for the public, and provided marketing in multiple ways, through press releases and Facebook fan page posts.

Our team led the public to experience and observe the Neishuangxi environment by themselves, learn more about low-altitude mountains in Taipei, and think about the relationship between urban development and environmental protection, in order to achieve environmentally friendly life styles.

Execution year: 2018 (Geotechnical Engineering Office, Public Works Department, Taipei City Government integrates the Neishuangxi Nature Center, the Neigou River Ecological Exhibition Hall, the Guizikeng Soil and Water Conservation Outdoor Classroom, entrusted our team to implement the environmental education facility and field promotion of the slope landform as part of the program)
