劍潭山環境教育館環境教育設施場所認證

具節能減碳概念之硬體設施

位於臺北市中山區劍潭里的劍潭山環境教育館，曾經是廢棄的幼兒園，民國93年改建為區民活動中心後，結合綠建築概念，場內使用回收再利用設備，並打造植化牆、綠屋頂，還建立小型風力、太陽能發電系統、雨水儲存系統等設施。此外，周邊的力行3號公園也設有小型水利發電、太陽能板等設備。此場館於民國99年開始辦理環境教育課程至今，並廣邀專業講師進行志工培訓。

 

以活動深化行動

劍潭山環境教育館與本團隊有長期夥伴關係，由本團隊邀請講師、準備教材等，於場館辦理環境教育活動。民國106、107年度由本團隊協助設計環教課程、帶領試教、評估成效、規劃認證申請等，並將相關申請資料彙整送審。

 

106年11月本團隊邀請講師，準備可以利用太陽能烹煮食物的太陽爐作為教材，舉辦｢來劍潭碳險活寶去」活動，讓民眾認識再生能源、生活節能、了解太陽能發電的應用。為鼓勵利用太陽能，活動現場示範了太陽能爐的架設、操作原理等，並共有39位成人參與。

 

107年1月本團隊設計舉辦以氣候變遷為主題之相關課程，包含「劍潭里走跳碰」、「地球暖化大玩轉」、「認識綠色能源與太陽爐」等。其中更以巧拼遊戲讓參與者體驗北極熊的生存困境，並帶領架設簡易太陽爐、認識環保標章，加強參與者使用再生能源的技能。

 

107年劍潭山環境教育館通過環境教育場所認證，成為臺北市第一個社區型的環境教育場所。本團隊亦持續與劍潭山環境教育館合作，將永續發展的環境理念深入社區。

This project implemented various environmental education activities with the community and residents to respond to the concepts of energy saving, carbon reduction, and climate change mitigation.

Hardware facilities with the concept of energy saving and carbon reduction

The Jiantanshan Environmental Education Center located at Jiantan Village, Zhongshan District, Taipei City, was once an abandoned kindergarten. In 2014, This structure was converted into a community activity center; combined with the concept of green building with recycling and reusing equipment, green walls and roofs, wind power, solar power generation systems, and rainwater storage systems were established.

Deepening the action with activities

The Jiantanshan Environmental Education Center has a long-term partnership with our team. Our team invited lecturers and prepared teaching materials to conduct environmental education activities at this venue. In 2017 and 2018, our team assisted in the design of the teaching and learning curriculum, trial teaching, effectiveness evaluation, certificate application planning, etc., then collected relevant information for certification.

In November 2017, our team invited lecturers to hold a “Jiantan Carbonventure”, and the lecturers prepared solar stoves that uses solar energy to cook food as a teaching material. This project promoted the understanding of renewable energy, energy saving, and solar power application to the public. In order to encourage the use of solar energy, this activity demonstrated the operation and principles of solar energy stoves, and a total of 39 people participated in the event.

In January 2018, our team designed and organized related courses on the theme of climate change, including “Hop on to Jiantan village”, “Global Warming Topsy-Turvy”, “Understanding Green Energy and Solar Furnaces”. In these events, games were designed to enhance the participant’s ability to use renewable energy through experiencing the survival dilemma of polar bears, setting up simple solar oven, and recognizing environmental labels.

In 2018, the Jiantanshan Environmental Education Center passed the environmental education facility certification and became the first community-based environmental education venue in Taipei. Our team also continued to work with the Jiantanshan Environmental Education Center to bring the environmental philosophy of sustainable development to the community.
